Important Information for STAR Days Bookings

S.T.A.R Days Bookings

We look forward to seeing your team here for our S.T.A.R Days (Sports Teams at Rainbow's End).  Please read the below as this is very important for your booking.

Pricing

• Your discount is based on a minimum requirement of 15 people purchasing an all day superpass. If you have less than 15 people with Superpasses on the day, you will be charged our standard entry rates.
• Off-Peak: school term Monday - Friday.  Peak: weekends, school holidays, public holidays)
• Our special S.T.A.R Days deal only applies to sports teams with bookings visiting in September 2020. 
• We allow 1 spectator (no rides) free of charge for every 10 child Superpasses purchased. Additional spectators can purchase a spectator pass for $19.00 during peak or $10.00 off peak.
• Kidz Kingdom passes (8 years and under) are $39.99 each. Children under 2 are free when accompanied by a paying person.

Visit Information

Please bring your group booking ticket along with your printed and completed group numbers form with you to the counter on the day of your visit.

• Guests must enter together and one payment is due on arrival for the whole group before entry.  We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept AMEX or cheques of any kind. Please ensure you bring your completed group numbers form to allow for smooth entry.

• If you are visiting on a peak day - weekends, school or public holidays, all our rides operate continuously in both the main theme park and Kidz Kingdom. On off peak days - weekdays outside of school holidays, our rides operate on a timetable.

• Height restrictions apply on rides, including rides in Kidz Kingdom.  In some cases an adult may be required to accompany a child on rides (appropriate pass required).  Please refer to the height chart on our website for more information.

• Restricted Items:
  None of the following items are to be brought into the park: 
  • Any kind of weapon
  • Knives/Sharps
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Aerosols
  Additional items may be prohibited during special events 

• Bag Checks: We perform bag checks at our entrances. No persons will be permitted entry to the park if they have any of the restricted items listed above.   We apologise for any inconvenience the bag checks cause, but hope you understand and will work with us to keep our park a safe and secure place for all. 

• The park remains open in wet weather with all rides operating except for the Karts and Invader. Should you wish to postpone your booking due to wet weather forecast, we will require notification of this at least 3 working days in advance.

• To help plan your visit we post dates for scheduled maintenance on our website, these are frequently updated with new information. Please see our homepage or upcoming information page. Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.

• If you have booked an exclusive area you must read our Exclusive Area Information before entry.  Food storage and heating facilities are not available. 

• Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups.  No outside food may be brought into the park, however a special birthday cake may be brought into the park if you have booked our Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses.

• A storage locker is available for hire at an additional cost, please see park map for locker locations.
