ADDITIONAL LEVEL 1 INFO

PRE LOCKDOWN TICKETS

If your ticket expired March 31st or during Lockdown, your new expiry is as follows (or click the hyperlink for more info).

All other exclusions and terms for your ticket still apply.

Contact tracing in Level 1

The Government and Ministry of Health advise:

  1. Keep track of where you’ve been and who you’ve seen to help contact tracing if needed. Use the NZ COVID Tracer app as a handy way of doing this.
  2. Businesses should help people keep track of their movements by displaying the Ministry of Health QR Code for contact tracing.

We are still waiting for delivery of our NZ Covid Tracing App Business QR Code. As an interim measure we have an alternate contact tracing QR Code we encourage you to scan when you get to gate.

Using our contact tracing QR Code  won’t add to your personal digital diary, but it will allow the Ministry of Heath to contact trace rapidly should an outbreak occur that is tied to your day of visit.

To protect your privacy:

  1. Our data storage is encrypted
  2. Your data is only used for the purposes for contact tracing, and only if contact tracing is required.
  3. Your data is permanently deleted 21 days from your visit, enough time for the virus to incubate and be identified, and in line with the Government Tracer App data policy.

 Using the QR Code:

  1. Open the camera on your phone and point the lens at the code.
  2. On scanning, you will be asked for your name, phone and email, and the number in your party.
  3. By entering the number in your party, you are responsible for providing their details should contact tracing be required.

THE GOLDEN RULES FOR EVERYONE AT LEVEL 1

  1. If you’re sick, stay home. Don’t go to work or school. Don’t socialise.
  2. If you have cold or flu symptoms call your doctor or Healthline and make sure you get tested.
  3. Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.
  4. Sneeze and cough into your elbow, and regularly disinfect shared surfaces.
  5. If you are told by health authorities to self-isolate you must do so immediately.
  6. If you’re concerned about your wellbeing or have underlying health conditions, work with your GP to understand how best to stay healthy.
  7. Keep track of where you’ve been and who you’ve seen to help contact tracing if needed. Use the NZ COVID Tracer app as a handy way of doing this.
  8. Businesses should help people keep track of their movements by displaying the Ministry of Health QR Code for contact tracing.
  9. Stay vigilant. There is still a global pandemic going on. People and businesses should be prepared to act fast to step up Alert Levels if we have to.
  10. People will have had different experiences over the last couple of months. Whatever you’re feeling — it’s okay. Be kind to others. Be kind to yourself.
