Fun On Demand Passes are non-refundable.

**Terms & Conditions**
- Fun on Demand card holder is entitled to unlimited Superpass entry, verified by photo collected at purchase.
- Fun on Demand passes are non-transferable and only valid for the identified passholder, card must be presented at entry.
- There is one price for either child or adult Fun on Demand passes.  Children under 2 years are free and don't require a pass.
- Passes expire 31 August 2021.
- Your physical address is required as your pass will be couriered to you at the address supplied.  A postage and handling fee of $5 per address applies.
- No refunds, partial refunds, transfers or extensions will be granted.
- Fun on Demand passes are not valid for special events, Night Rides, evening events or private functions.
- Report a lost or stolen card immediately.  Replacement cards incur a $20 fee including postage, please allow up to 10 working days for a new card to arrive.
- Fun on Demand passes do not entitle guests to front of line at rides.
- Please check the Rainbow's End website for opening hours, these may vary.
- On weekdays outside of school holidays, rides operate on a timetable.  Some days can be exceptionally busy so call ahead to check park numbers to avoid disappointment.
- Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.  Please see the Rainbow's End website for updates and scheduled maintenance.
- Park may be closed in adverse weather conditions, please check the website before your visit.
- For personal safety, Rainbow’s End does not allow pregnant women on rides.
- Height restrictions and some age and weight restrictions for rides apply.
