We readily take every opportunity to ensure that our young employees feel supported and inspired with great leadership and the right training and development programmes”.
Rainbow’s End formally pledged their support to the Council to work collectively with other organisations, employers and youth boards to share their success stories, winning approaches and award-winning best practice HR resources, which in turnwill help create greater employment opportunities.
Leanne continues, “we recognise that for the majority of the youth we employ that working at Rainbow’s End will most likely be their first working experience and therefore it is necessary for us to spend time to develop workplace skills, knowledge and behaviours that will allow them to be happy, confident and successful in the workplace. We are proud to be able to offer a great start into the workforce to so many wonderful young people.”
