We readily take every opportunity to ensure that our young employees feel supported and inspired with great leadership and the right training and development programmes”.
The company has introduced many award winning initiatives in the areas of staff training and recruitment which have been recognised internationally.
Mrs Laloli says, “we recognise that for the majority of the youth we employ that working at Rainbow’s End will most likely be their first working experience and therefore it is necessary for us to spend time to develop workplace skills, knowledge and behaviours that will allow them to be happy, confident and successful in the workplace. We are proud to be able to offer a great start into the workforce to so many wonderful young people.”
