Online Purchases: Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply for Rainbow's End online ticket purchases.
For your security, our payment gateway uses Visa 3D Secure and Mastercard Secure code, where your issuing bank authenticates you as the cardholder with a security question during the pruchase process. You may be redirected to your card issuer if the authentification fails, or return to Rainbow's End once authorisation is complete.
If you have a group or birthday booking please see your ticket as there are different terms and conditions for these activities.
Online purchase accepts Visa or Mastercard only.

If you or any of your group need to be in isolation for any reason you cannot enter Rainbow’s End.

1. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
2. Tickets must be presented on entry at Rainbow's End, either printed or on a smartphone. No admissions without tickets. Photo ID and the card used to purchase the tickets are required when presenting tickets. All guests on the ticket must enter together at the same time.
3. Unless stated at the time of purchase, tickets are valid for one month from the date selected.
4. General Admission tickets can be used only during normal operating hours; they cannot be used for special events or night functions. Opening hours 9 June - 11 October 2020: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and School Holidays 10am-5pm. Opening hours from 12 October 2020: 10am – 4pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
5. Mid-week during school term, rides operate on a timetable which is available at entry. During this time Kidz Kingdom rides are operated subject to attendance, ride operators will move between rides to accommodate guests. Please see the Rainbow's End website for more information.
6. Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice, to assist with planning please see the Rainbow’s End website for scheduled maintenance dates. Park or attractions may be closed in adverse weather conditions, please check the website before your visit.
7. Tickets are non-transferable, they are unable to be sold on social media, online auctions such as Trade Me or any other online marketplace. Tickets may not be used in any third party promotions.
8. Tickets are for one visit only. Rainbow's End is not open on Christmas Day.
9. No outside food may be brought into the park, however you may leave the park to use picnic tabels outside the main entrance if you wish to enjoy food from home or other businesses. In this instance we request that you keep your wristband in tact for re-entry.

11. Your ticket is also your Tax Invoice.
Your account will be charged in NZD. Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and Payment Express protects personal information – at a minimum – to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”)
