BEFORE YOU CALL/EMAIL - **SCAM ALERT**

• There are a number of Scams doing the rounds, including one for $3.50. These are FRAUDULENT, we only sell tickets via our website booking links, or sell coupons to book tickets through GrabOne.
• Scammers are getting harder to spot as they are getting more sophisticated, including using bots to reply to their posts saying they have successfully purchased. 

Ways to spot:

• If a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is! With 9+m hectares, 20 rides to maintain and 300+ staff, plus finite session capacity,  we can't afford to sell a ticket at $3.50. Check our What's On page to see what is happening in park. This is where we publish news of special events, deals and sessions.

• Look at the page of the deal. They are usually a very good clone of our brand, with some subtle differences to logo. Most commonly the url will be slightly off  - Rainbow's End might be Rainbow End for example. 

• On a social page, look at the follower count. We have 84,000 followers. If the page you are on has a small number, it's a newish page.

What to do if you spot a scam, or are scammed:

• Report the offender to the platform where they targeted you, and to Netsafe.
• If you have given them your card details, contact your bank to discuss how to prevent future transactions being made against that card.
