BEST INNOVATION IN A TRAINING PROGRAMME
Rainbow’s End Theme Park have won the coveted 2014 Brass Ring Award for ‘Best Innovation in a Training programme’ at the Brass Rings Awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida, which took place on Wednesday night.
The ‘Best Innovation in a Training Programme’ award acknowledges the ‘52 Nuggets’ training programme and is a reflection of the entire team’s involvement and commitment to the goal of achieving ‘World Class Guest Care’.
YOUTH EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR 2015
Rainbow’s End have been crowned Auckland Youth Employer of the Year at an awards ceremony held in Auckland last week.
The Youth Employment Pledge, Young at Heart Awards are part of Auckland Council’s Youth Employer Pledge scheme that was launched earlier this year. The scheme invited key employers from throughout the Auckland region to stand alongside Mayor Len Brown and become partners to support the creation of sustainable employment opportunities.
Three Youth Employer awards 2016
Rainbow’s End won three ‘Young at Heart’ youth employer awards last night at the annual ‘Young at Heart’ Youth Employer Pledge Awards. The awards acknowledge the input business has to creating sustainable employment opportunities.
The Auckland based theme park won the Innovative Youth Employer and were the joint winner for the Local Youth Employer award along with The Warehouse. They also took out the Best Exhibitor at this years Jobfest. Over 3000 young people attend the Jobfest expo which showcases job opportunities around the region.
