1.          Terms and Conditions

Promotion Name: Rainbow’s End Golden Egg Promotion

Promoter: Rainbow’s End Theme Park, 2 Clist Crescent, Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand ("Rainbow’s End" or "Promoter")

2.          Promotion Period

The Rainbow’s End Golden Egg Promotion ("Promotion") runs from:

Friday 3 April 2026 to 5:00pm Monday 6 April 2026 (NZST)

Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

3.          Eligibility

Entry is open to all Rainbow’s End park visitors during the Promotion Period

1. One (1) entry per park visitor per day. 
2. Entrants must complete the entry form via QR code on the Golden Egg
3. Employees of Rainbow’s End and their immediate families may not enter

4.          How to Enter

1.    Locate a Golden Egg within Rainbow’s End Theme Park
2.    Scan the QR code displayed on the Golden Egg
3.    Complete the entry form
4.  Correctly answer the question displayed on the Golden Egg

Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

5.          Prize Details

• Five (5) prizes will be awarded daily
• Each prize consists of one (1) Rainbow’s End Family Pass
• Total prize pool value per prize ranges between $280 and $360 NZD 
•  Prize values vary depending on the family pass issued

6.          Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services
• Family passes will be issued as online vouchers
• Vouchers must be used to book a future visit
• Vouchers cannot be applied as a refund for the current visit

7.          Prize Draw

• Prize draws will occur daily at 5:00pm NZST
• Five (5) winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received that day
• Winners will be contacted via email before 12pm the follow day.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, Rainbow’s End reserves the right to redraw the prize

8.          Winner Announcement

• Winners may be published on the Rainbow’s End website
• Winners agree to provide:
  1. First name initial
  2. Last name initial
  3. Suburb

Example: S.M – Papakura

This information will be used solely for the purpose of confirming prize winners.

9.          Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that:

• Personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion
• Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law
• Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information

10.        General Conditions

•  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
•  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances

11.        Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rainbow’s End is not responsible for:

• Technical difficulties
• Lost, late or misdirected entries
• Any variation in prize value
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
