HOW TO BOOK
1. Book ONLINE
Submit your STAR Days booking request via our self-service portal.
2. Pay the $100 Commitment Fee
- A non-refundable fee of $100 secures your STAR Days date.
- This amount is deducted from your final invoice and is non-refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or not confirmed.
3. We'll Contact You
Once your fee is paid, our STAR Days Coordinator will reach out to:
- Confirm your provisional numbers
- Discuss catering, private area, and extras options
- Issue your deposit invoice (25%, 50% or 100% depending on booking value and catering/extras)
4. Confirm Your Booking with a Deposit Payment
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. If payment isn't received by the due date, we'll contact you before cancelling your booking.
5. Final Payment
- The balance must be paid before or on the day of your visit.
- No payment = No entry. We cannot approve invoices after the visit.
