Santa and his magical Elf have arrived to Rainbow's End and are ready to meet you in Kidz Kingdom!
Walk through Santa's wintery village, lit up with sparkling fairy lights. At the end of the path you will find Santa waiting in his giant Santa throne ready to meet you! Santa would love to take a photo with you and the whanau before you exit the Grotto to see Santa's sleigh - parked up right in Kidz Kingdom! Take your opportunity to sneak on board for a photo - but be quick, before the Elf catches you!
Make sure you also stop by Santa's Post Office - a special spot where kids can write a letter to Santa and post them in the North Pole mailbox.

Climb aboard Santa's Sleigh for an additional photo op outside of the grotto. We hope it doesn't take off!
WRITE A LETTER
Write a letter at Santa's Post Office. When you are finished you can post it in the North Pole mailbox. You may get a response from the big man himself!
WHEre is santas grotto?
Santa's Grotto is located inside the Kidz Kingdom.
After you enter through the Kidz Kingdom castle, you will see Santas Grotto on the right hand side (inside the outdoor Kidz Kingdom Birthday Rooms). Although Santa's Grotto is in Kidz Kingdom, this experience is open for all ages!
WHEN IS THE SANTA GROTTO OPEN?
Santa's Grotto will be open every weekend until Christmas!
You can meet Santa on select hours between 11am - 3pm. Check the signposted hours at the Grotto when you are visiting in the weekend.
Children can write a Santa Letter and post it in the North Pole Mailbox from 11am - 5pm each weekend date. Rainbow's End will supply a Santa Letter template for children to complete at Santa's Post Office.
Have your own letter? Bring it along and post it in the mailbox while you are visting the park! You can post your own letter in the North Pole Mailbox during the whole week - even when Santa's Grotto is closed.
how much does the grotto cost?
The Grotto is included in your Rainbow's End entry ticket! You do not need to pay any additional fee to visit Santa.
Please note: We do not offer a printed or professional Santa Photo experience. You are welcome to take photos on your phone or camera. Our wonderful Elf will be available to take a photo of your whole whanau with Santa.
