Always read the the terms and conditions! You will need to check that you understand and agree to these terms before proceeding to payment of your booking

PACKAGE TERMS & DETAILS: 

• The package is available for a minimum of 8 paying children.  A single birthday room is designed for 8-14 children; for larger groups double and triple rooms are subject to availability.  If you have a double room, a minimum of 16 children & meals must be paid for; If you have a triple room, a minimum of 24 children & meals must be paid for.
• Children under 2 are free with a paying adult, and do not count towards package numbers.
• Spectators may accompany under 8 children on select Kidz Kingdom rides, and may be required to for safety.
• For personal safety Rainbow’s End does not allow pregnant women on rides.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the park.
• Your Package booking is valid for the date of your booked visit only
• If you do not use your booking, no cash backs, extensions or refunds will be given.
• The Birthday Room Package and Rainbow Birthday Package are not valid with any other offers, deals or discounts and the two packages cannot be combined.
• Packages are non-transferable, they are unable to be sold in online auctions such as Trade Me or any other online marketplace.

ROOM BOND:

• A room bond of $50 must be paid at entry. The bond will be refunded when the room has been checked and no damage has occurred. The most common loss of bond is damage to wall artwork. For this reason, only blutack may be used to adhesive items to the walls. The bond may also be forfeited if the room has been left excessively dirty and requires more time cleaning than typical.

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULES & BOOKING CHANGES:

• All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. Cancellation or a no-show on the day will result in loss of deposit. This booking and associated payments are non-transferrable.
• All change requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Rainbow's End. Requests for changes to booking dates for Birthday Room packages must be at least 7 days prior and are subject to availability.
• If a date change is approved, prices will reflect charges at the new date and not for the original date booked.
• Kidz Kingdom has indoor birthday rooms, an indoor play complex and a covered outdoor ride area, weather conditions will not be considered as a reason to transfer a booking or cancel on the day and will result in loss of deposit paid.
• If a party guest is paid for on the day of the party but does not enter Rainbow's End no refund is available. Refunds cannot be processed if under minimum numbers.
• All catering must be paid for before entry and unused catering will not be refunded.

PARTICIPANT ENTRY:

• If you have booked a room, please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before your reserved time so you have time to collect your guests, enter and make your way to the room.
• Full payment is due before anyone enters the park.
• Your booking ticket will be required at time of entry.
• Please bring a physical, completed copy of your name list with birthday child and spectators included on this list.

ATTRACTION ACCESS:

• Height restrictions for rides will apply, children under 2 are free with a paying adult.
• Rides are occasionally unavailable due to maintenance or other developments in the park, please see our website for details.
• Park may be closed in extreme, dangerous weather conditions, please check the website before your visit.

CATERING:

• All catering must be confirmed by 5pm the Tuesday prior to the party. If it is not confirmed, the children’s meals will default to the Easy Peasy Package.
• Kids meals will be served as platters.
• All catering must be paid for before entry and unused catering will not be refunded.
• Prepped food including but not limited to Sushi, sandwiches and cakes may have an earlier order time.
• Childrens meals cannot be mixed – all children must have the same meal package.
• Catering is scheduled to arrive within 15 minutes of the room booking time. On busy days there may be delays but we will endeavour to get your catering to you as soon as possible.

BANNED ITEMS:

 As a condition of entry all bags will be checked at Gate. The following items are not permitted in park:

• No external food (refillable water bottle is okay) A special birthday cake may be brought into the park if you have booked our Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. As no knives are allowed you will need to purchase a cake kit at entry.The no external food policy applies to loot bags with snacks and sweets in them. Please ensure Loot bags are non-food.
• No helium balloons.
• Weapons of any kind (including ceremonial)
• Knives/sharps (insulin kits are allowed) A small, low-cost cake cutting and serving kit is available to buy.
• Glass containers or bottles of any kind
• Aerosols
• Alcohol/drugs or illegal substance. 
• Skateboards/Scooters (medical aids will be permitted) 
• Balls
• Toy guns/weapons
• Speakers
• Pinatas

OTHER TERMS:

• No commercial filming is permitted without written permission of Management; No filming or photography of guests other than your group is permitted.
• Actions that put yourself or others at risk, and make others uncomfortable, will result in immediate removal from the park. In these instances, no refund will be given.
• Height & age restrictions on select attractions apply for your safety.
• For personal safety Rainbow’s End does not allow pregnant women on rides.
