Our Event Co-ordinators make planning easy
When you contact us, an event co-ordinator will talk with you about your team or business and then assist you to plan an incredible event for your team.
We will discuss options and requirements (day or night, activities, dietary needs) and will keep in contact right up until your function to make sure everything is taken care of. Our coordinators can also help to organise optional extras like catering, entertainment, vouchers and more!
You can come and visit the park before the Christmas Party
We are happy to arrange a site-visit to Rainbow’s End before your big event for a walk through of the park so you know how everything will work on the day. A visit before your Christmas party can help you to better understand exactly how the day/night will work - and we can answer any questions you may have.
Get your park tickets in advance
As time comes closer to the function, we’ll confirm numbers with you and send tickets out - all that’s left is for you and your team to do is to come and enjoy the park and your most memorable Christmas party yet!
Food and Catering
We take care of the venue, entertainment, and the catering. With a range of options available, we have something for all group sizes from pizzas and platters to a full buffet.
How to Book
It's always best to book as early as you can, as popular dates are booked out up to a year in advance for our Day Functions & Exclusive Park Hires. Corporate Christmas packages quite often sell out months before Christmas so we do recommend securing your booking as soon as possible.
Our coordinator will recommend the best suited package and options based on your requirements and will work with you to plan your event. They will be in contact throughout the booking process to make sure you are happy with all aspects of your function. Once the booking is made and all the details are confirmed then all that’s left is to do is head here and enjoy! It really is that simple.
