Our events team will work with you to make sure everything is organised in advance so that you can relax and enjoy the event.

An Exclusive Park Hire includes but is not limited to:

• All main park rides operating
• Park music playing
• Selected catering and entertainment outlets open
• Personalised ticketing
• Ability to personalise the event
• Your company name on the Electronic Sign on Great South Road
• A dedicated event coordinator who will oversee the planning & execution of your event

REQUIREMENTS

A Full Park Exclusive Hire is suitable for groups of 500+.

We do offer a Partial-Park, Kidz Kingdom and/or Playlab Exclusive Hire package, which is suitable for groups of 120+. 

booking periods

We offer Exclusive Park Hire options year-round, including on selected dates during special seasonal events such as Winter Lights in June/July, or Halloween in October.

November & December are our busiest time of year for an Exclusive Park Hire.
We recommend booking your date as soon as possible, with many 2024 dates are already booked.

We require bookings to be made at least 8 weeks in advance, however for any Exclusive Hire events from October-March, we do recommend booking as soon as possible to secure a date.
