From a fun day out to teambuilding, physics, business studies or tourism Rainbow's End offers lots of exciting opportunities to learn outside the classroom.
See our resources for teachers below or ask us about arranging a talk for your class when they visit. We look forward to seeing you soon!
visiting class groups we can arrange talks on topics for business
studies, tourism, accounting, economics and other subjects. These talks
are a great chance for students to see how what they are studying is
used in a real business - and have plenty of fun on the rides as well.
Team building activities are a great way to get students involved and working together toward a common goal! We have a host of team building activities at Rainbow's End and our coordinator would be more than happy to help you choose the right one for your group. Please contact us for more information, pricing and bookings.
Theme Parks around the world use physics laws to simulate danger, while the rides themselves are typically very safe. Ride designers must fully understand these laws to work out how far the envelope can be pushed. Designers and theme park enthusiasts alike want to feel like they’re in danger but be absolutely safe at all times. There is only one thing that really limits how far, how fast and how high when it comes to theme park rides - what our bodies can take without breaking!
Rainbow’s End is happy to provide information sheets about our rides to physics teachers upon request. Please let us know if you would like one of these when you book and we would be happy to send out a copy.
