Guest services supervisor
PERMANENT, FULL TIME
To support the Guest Services Manager in delivering exceptional guest care, good revenue processing and robust inventory management, as indicated in the weekly and monthly KPIs.
This is full-time, permanent role, involving midweek, weekends and school holidays shifts.
Experience:
Minimum 3yr+ in retail or hospitality.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good mathematical skills
