ATTRACTIONS TEAM MEMBERs

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our Attractions department! 

To apply for the role you must be,

• Aged 18 years +
• 6 months plus experience in other guest facing roles / positions
• Available to work weekends & school holidays - rostered shifts

Role purpose:

To ensure safe & consistent operation of all our rides that adhere to all procedures, protocols and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and Attending rides & attractions in accordance with the procedures, protocols, and policies of the ride manuals and H&S requirements
• Providing exceptional guest experience by hosting our guests professionally, with courtesy, respect and care that aligns to our company values

Operating and Attending the Rides and Attractions:

• Complete ride checks as required at the start of each session
• Monitor the ride at all times 
• Monitor guests on the ride at all times and take immediate action to ensure all safety risks are mitigated, including escalating any unresolved or persistent issues immediately
• Adhere to all requirements for each ride you are operating, this includes, but is not limited to;

-  Checking guests meet the height & health requirements before they enter the ride

- Explain (and enforce) any rules, safety issues or operational guidelines for the ride, loading carriages etc., checking ride is set up properly before starting ride.

- Physically and visually check all harnesses, lap bars & seatbelts for customers on the ride.

Customer Care:

• Presenting yourself professionally at all times, while at work or in the Rainbow’s End uniform
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently, engaging and interacting with all guests.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness to guests at all times when in the Park, including breaks and starting or ending shifts
