We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our Image Makers / Park Presentation department!
To apply for the role you must be,
- Aged 20 years +
- Six months plus experience in similar roles/ positions
- Available to work weekends, plus some midweek & school holidays - rostered shifts
Role Purpose:
To ensure the Park is clean, professionally-presented and well-maintained at all times
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Image Maker Manager or Supervisor to ensure;
- The Park is set-up and ready for opening each day
- The cleanliness and image of the Park is well maintained throughout the day
- The Park is cleared of rubbish and cleaned at the end of each day
- Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
- Special cleaning jobs are completed
- Provide exceptional guest experience by hosting our guests professionally, with courtesy, respect and care that aligns to our company values
Maintaining the Park Image:
You will work with the Image Maker Manager to ensure the Park image is clean, professionally-presented and well-maintained at all times. Your daily tasks will be to adhere to the daily check-sheets and work list, which may include;
- Pick up & disposing of all rubbish from around the park
- Clean, re-stock and monitor toilet areas
- Clean and vacuum offices
- Clean and prepare picnic areas and birthday party rooms
- Clean, sanitise and set up tables and chairs in general & eating areas
- Clean and sanitise Rides and Attractions, including Playlab, Retail, Kidz Kingdom
- Attend to RT (radio transmitter) calls to deal with issues affecting the cleanliness of the park and rides – cleaning spills and stains
- Basic grounds work as required (such as weeding and planting)
Customer Care:
- Present yourself professionally at all times, while at work or in the Rainbow’s End uniform
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently, engaging and interacting with all guests.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness to guests at all times when in the Park, including breaks and starting or ending shifts
