We are looking forward to welcoming the Fletchers team back to Rainbow's End this November.
All of your event info will be available on this page to make your day run smoothly, leaving you to enjoy your time in the park!

1PM Early Entry Tickets 

  • 1PM-4:30PM - Enter Via Main Gate
  • Main Park closes 5PM / Kidz Kingdom remains open 5PM-6PM
  • No entries will be processed from 4:30pm-6pm. If any early entries exit the park from 4:30pm, re-entry will not be approved until 6pm.
  • Early Entry is only permitted for Early Entry Ticket Holders - NO EXCEPTIONS

6PM Entry Tickets 

  • Enter via Main Gate - Gates open 5:30PM
  • Main Park opens 6PM - all rides operational until 11PM.

The ticket you have been provided has outlined:

  1. Your Event Date
  2. Your Entry Timing

Your ticket is only valid for the date and the entry time specified. 
Rainbow's End works to a set capacity which means there will be no exceptions for ticket changes, early entry etc. 

Your Ticket Date = Your Visit Date
Your Ticket Time = Your Entry Time
We don't like turning people away, so please help us help you by sticking to the terms of your ticket!

FACE-PAINTING

Face-painting will be available in Kidz Kingdom from:

  1. 5PM - 9PM for Early Entry Ticket Holders
  2. 6PM - 9PM for 6PM Entry Ticket Holders

Our wonderful Face-Painters will have a range of general and Christmas designs available!

Fletcher Burgers

Your Fletcher Burger voucher is redeemable from The Barn (#19 on Map) and available for use from:

  1. 4PM - 9PM for Early Entry Ticket Holders
  2. 6PM - 9PM for 6PM Entry Ticket Holders

Your Fletcher Burger voucher outlines that it is available until 9:30PM however we do recommend arriving prior to 9PM.

Fletcher Burger vouchers are valid for Fletcher Catering only, and are not organised by Rainbow's End. This voucher in unable to be redeemed at any Rainbow's End outlet.

HOT CHIPS & CANNED DRINK VOUCHER

Your Hot Chips & Drinks vouchers can be claimed at Rainbow's End Food Outlets from entry until 10:30PM.

Your voucher will entitle you to 1 x punnet of chips + a coca-cola range canned drink.

FAQS - Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I buy my own tickets to this event for friends & family? No, Rainbow's End will not sell any tickets to this event, as it is a private function. No ticket = No entry. Your Fletchers contact is the only way to request/discuss additional tickets.
  2. My team leader/colleague/manager has said I can arrive early with my 6PM ticket. Will I get in? No, you will be turned away and unable to enter the park until your ticketed time. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  3. Can I exit the park and come back in again? Early Entry Ticketholders can exit the park and re-enter before 4:30PM. If you exit the park after 4:30PM, you will be unable to re-enter again until 6PM due to the cross-over session. After 6PM we have a no-exit policy - once you leave the park you are unable to re-enter.
  4. Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park? We do allow you to bring a refillable water bottle into the park (non-glass) however we do not allow any external food items.
