FAQS - Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I buy my own tickets to this event for friends & family? No, Rainbow's End will not sell any tickets to this event, as it is a private function. No ticket = No entry. Your Fletchers contact is the only way to request/discuss additional tickets.
- My team leader/colleague/manager has said I can arrive early with my 6PM ticket. Will I get in? No, you will be turned away and unable to enter the park until your ticketed time. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- Can I exit the park and come back in again? Early Entry Ticketholders can exit the park and re-enter before 4:30PM. If you exit the park after 4:30PM, you will be unable to re-enter again until 6PM due to the cross-over session.
After 6PM we have a no-exit policy - once you leave the park you are unable to re-enter. - Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park? We do allow you to bring a refillable water bottle into the park (non-glass) however we do not allow any external food items.
