We look forward to hosting your event here at Rainbow's End! Please read the below as this is very important for your booking.

Pricing

Our group prices apply to pre-booked groups purchasing 15 or more Superpasses. All prices include GST

• Your discount is based on a minimum requirement of 15 people purchasing an all day Superpass. If you have less people than what you’ve booked, prices may change, please see prices above.
• We allow 1 spectator (no rides) free of charge for every 10 child Superpasses purchased. Additional spectators can purchase a spectator pass for $19 during the weekends, school and public holidays or for $10 from Monday to Friday during school term. 
• Kidz Kingdom passes (8 years and under) are $39.99 each. Children under 2 are free when accompanied by a paying person.        

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept AMEX or cheques of any type. You will receive an invoice towards the end of the month of your function. Balance of payment is due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payment fees may apply.

Visit Information

Please bring your group booking ticket with you to the counter.

• If you have been issued function tickets, please ensure that you have checked correctly if a ticket is for an Adult, Child, Kidz Kingdom or Spectator pass before tickets are presented at the gates. Tickets that are not checked with the appropriate pass type will automatically be charged as an Adult Superpass.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit payment off your total booking is required to secure your event.

• If you are visiting on a weekend, school or public holiday all our rides operate continuously in both the main theme park and Kidz Kingdom. Please note that on weekdays outside of school holidays our rides operate on a timetable.

• Height restrictions apply on rides, including rides in Kidz Kingdom.  In some cases an adult may be required to accompany a child on rides (appropriate pass required).  Please refer to the height chart on our website for more information.

• Restricted Items:
  None of the following items are to be brought into the park: 
  • External food
  • Any kind of weapon
  • Knives/Sharps
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Aerosols
  Additional items may be prohibited during special events such as Night Rides.

• Bag Checks: We perform bag checks at our entrances. No persons will be permitted entry to the park if they have any of the restricted items listed above.   We apologise for any inconvenience the bag checks cause, but hope you understand and will work with us to keep our park a safe and secure place for all.

• The park remains open in most wet weather with all rides operating except for the Karts and Invader. Should you wish to postpone your booking due to wet weather forecast, we will require notification of this at least 3 working days in advance.

• To help plan your visit we post dates for scheduled maintenance on our website, these are frequently updated with new information. Please see our homepage or upcoming information page. Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.  

• If you have booked an exclusive area you must read our Exclusive Area Information before entry.

• If you have requested a catered meal, we require confirmed numbers 7 working days prior to the date of your function, excluding peak trading such as Christmas – where we require 14 working days. In the case you decide to cancel or transfer your function, we will need notification of this 7 working days prior to your function (14 days for peak trading such as Christmas). This also applies if your numbers for a catered meal change for any reason. If we do not receive this notification from you and for whatever reason your group does not arrive on the day or your numbers change on the day, you will be charged the full amount for your catered meal based on the confirmed numbers provided. Your meal will be served for up to 1.5 hours from the time you have confirmed for food service. Due to health and safety regulations, any food left over from your catered meal cannot be taken away.

• Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups.  No external food of any kind may be brought into the park. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses.
