Important Information for Group Bookings - Level 2

Group Bookings

We look forward to seeing your group here at Rainbow's End! Please read the below as this is very important for your booking.

Pricing

Our group prices apply to pre-booked groups purchasing 15 or more Superpasses.

• Your discount is based on a minimum requirement of 15 people purchasing an all day superpass. If you have less people than what you’ve booked, prices may change, please see prices above.

Visit Information

Please bring your group booking ticket to the gate on the day.  You will need to send your group names form for contact tracing to [email protected] by 1pm on the Thursday before your visit.

• Guests must enter together and all groups must be prepaid by 1pm on the Thursday before your visit.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.

• Height restrictions apply on rides.  In some cases an adult may be required to accompany a child on rides (appropriate pass required).  Please refer to the height chart on our website for more information.

• Restricted Items:
  None of the following items are to be brought into the park: 
  • Any kind of weapon
  • Knives/Sharps
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Aerosols
  Additional items may be prohibited during special events.

• Bag Checks: We perform bag checks at our entrances. No persons will be permitted entry to the park if they have any of the restricted items listed above.   We apologise for any inconvenience the bag checks cause, but hope you understand and will work with us to keep our park a safe and secure place for all.

• The park remains open in wet weather with all rides operating except for the Karts and Invader. Should you wish to postpone your booking due to wet weather forecast, we will require notification of this at least 3 working days in advance.

• To help plan your visit we post dates for scheduled maintenance on our website, these are frequently updated with new information. Please see our homepage or upcoming information page. Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.  

• If you have booked an exclusive area you must read our Exclusive Area Information before entry. 
  

• Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups.  No outside food may be brought into the park, however a special birthday cake may be brought into the park if you have booked our Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses.

• A storage locker is available for hire at an additional cost, please see park map for locker locations.
