We look forward to hosting your event here at Rainbow's End! Please read the below as this is very important for your booking.

Pricing

The cost as agreed is based on the minimum number of people attending. Please refer to your contract for your exclusive pricing for your event at Rainbow's End. If you do not meet the minimum required entry numbers, the minimum requirement agreed will still be charged. Any additional people will be included in your final invoice.

Visit Information

Please bring your group booking ticket with you to the counter.

If you have been issued function tickets, please ensure that you have circled correctly if a ticket is for an Adult, Child, Kidz Kingdom pass before tickets are presented at the gates. Tickets that are not checked with the appropriate pass type will automatically be charged as an Adult superpass. Some tickets will not have this option therefore the above will not apply.
On arrival, your guests will have to give us their ticket in exchange for a wristband or stamp for the night. A "NO TICKET - NO ENTRY" policy, will be employed. If a person turns up without a ticket, we will contact you on your mobile to come and approve their entry to the park. We have a no exit policy so any guests who wish to leave will not be allowed back to the park.

The Rainbow Playlab and Sideshows are going to be open for your guests to try their luck. This will be through individual purchase only.
A 25% non-refundable deposit payment off your total booking is required to secure your event.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept AME or cheques of any type. You will receive an invoice towards the end of the month of your function. Balance of payment is due within 1 month of receipt of the invoice.

Height restrictions apply on rides, including rides in Kidz Kingdom. In some cases an adult may be required to accompany a child on rides (appropriate pass required). Please refer to the height chart on our website for more information.

To help plan your visit we post dates for scheduled maintenance on our website, these are frequently updated with new information. Please see our homepage or upcoming information page. Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.

Please be aware that in case of rain the Invader, Scorpion Karts and the Family Karts will need to close, as the tracks need to be dry for these rides to operate. Once they are dry, they will reopen. Some rides including the Fearfall, Stratosfear and Power Surge are unable to be operated in high wind conditions. The park and all other rides will remain open for the evening.

If you have requested a catered meal, we require confirmed numbers 5 working days prior to the date of your function. In case you decide to cancel or transfer your function, we will need notification of this 3 working days prior to your function. This also applies if your numbers for a catered meal change for any reason. If we do not receive this notification from you and for whatever reason your group does not arrive on the day or your numbers change on the day, you will be charged the full amount for your catered meal based on the confirmed numbers provided. Your meal will be served for up to 1.5 hours from the time you have confirmed for food service. Due to health and safety regulations, any food left over from your catered meal cannot be taken away.

Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups. No outside food may be brought into the park, however a special birthday cake may be brought into the park if you have booked our Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses.

We have a designated smoking area, which is near the El Dorado picnic area and beside the Sideshows. The rest of the park is smoke free.

Knives/Sharps
Glass containers of any kind
Aerosols

Bag Checks: We perform bag checks at our entrances. No persons will be permitted entry to the park if they have any of the restricted items listed above. We apologise for any inconvenience the bag checks cause, but hope you understand and will work with us to keep our park a safe and secure place for all.
