We look forward to hosting your meeting here at Rainbow's End! Please read the below as this is very important for your booking.

Pricing

Our meeting room can seat up to 50 people theatre style and we have other table seating configurations too.  

• Free wifi is provided – please advise the co-ordinator if you wish to have this available for you on the day.
• Should you require access to a screen, please bring with you your laptop/USB on the day.
• Hire of a whiteboard, and flip chart can be made available for your meeting. Please advise the co-ordinator if you require this.
  
  

Visit Information

• Car parking is free for guests and is situated outside the administration building. The meeting room entrance is through the Rainbow Playlab entrance glass doors to the right of the main gate entrance. The buzzer to enter is on the left wall and once you have entered, the room is to your right.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit payment off your total booking is required to secure your event.
  
  
•  We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept AMEX or cheques of any type. You will receive an invoice towards the end of the month of your function. Balance of payment is due within 1 month of receipt of the invoice.
  
  
• We have a variety of catering options available from meal vouchers to BBQ buffet meals ranging in price. We can also tailor a menu to suit your requirements.  Outside food cannot be brought into the park.

• If you have requested a catered meal, we require confirmed numbers 5 working days prior to the date of your function.

• If you wish to cancel your booking; and if we have 5 working days notice, you will not be charged. A cancellation any later than that will be charged the full amount  for room hire and catering as we would have held the room for you and ordered in the ingredients for your meals.

• The nearest restrooms are located in the Rainbow Playlab, please see park map for locker locations.

• Restricted Items:
  None of the following items are to be brought into the park: 
  • Any kind of weapon
  • Knives/Sharps
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Aerosols
• Bag Checks: We perform bag checks at our entrances. No persons will be permitted entry to the park if they have any of the restricted items listed above.   We apologise for any inconvenience the bag checks cause, but hope you understand and will work with us to keep our park a safe and secure place for all.
