FAQS - Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I get these discounts at the gate? No. Armageddon special discounts are only available for online bookings. Make sure you book before 8 November and enter the relevant discount code at checkout.
- I want to access the deal before Oct 22, can I get it early?
Unfortunately not. Armageddon deals will be available to book from 22 October. If you’re planning to visit us over Armageddon weekend, set a reminder so you can jump online once the offers go live!
- The deal ends on 8 November but I want to visit in January. Is that possible?
Yes! You just need to purchase by 8 November. You can then choose an eligible visit date right through to 31 January 2027, including all eligible January Night Rides sessions.
- I have tried to choose a date and it isn't available. Why can't I book? The date may fall outside the valid travel period for that particular offer, or tickets may already be sold out for that session. Try selecting another eligible date. If you believe there may be an error, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
- I need to add extra tickets to my booking. Can I still get the same deal? Yes, provided the Armageddon offer is still available and the session has not sold out. Simply make a new booking for the additional tickets and use the same discount code. If the offer has ended or discounted tickets are no longer available, standard ticket pricing will apply.
- How do I enter the draw to win 2 x 2027 Annual Passes?
Purchase an eligible ticket using an Armageddon discount code and visit Rainbow’s End by 8 November 2026 to automatically go in the draw. Your ticket must be redeemed for entry to the park by 8 November to qualify - no separate entry is required.
One lucky winner will receive 2 x 2027 Annual Passes, valid for Daytime sessions only from 1 January – 31 December 2027. Annual Passes are not valid for Twilight or Night Rides sessions. Full terms and conditions apply.
